Our goals are to share knowledge, present new technologies, network and have fun. We welcome everyone from database administrators and developers to business intelligence professionals and students.

About Hans Olav:
Hans Olav is a software developer in SQL Server at Microsoft working on SQL Server 2012 as well as SQL Azure. He owns parts of the T-SQL Execution Engine, plan cache and the new Metadata Discovery functionality. He was part of the core development team for SQL Azure Federations; more specifically he implemented federation member SPLIT.
